In 2020, ESIB inaugurated its headquarters in the Administrative Center of the Butantan Institute, located at Avenida da Universidade, 210, Cidade Universitária. The complex features state-of-the-art classrooms and a complete structure to support faculty and students.

ESIB also offers its professors and students the services of its library. With more than a century of existence, the Butantan Institute Library is a specialized library that supports the teaching and research activities of professors, researchers, technical staff, and students, providing an ideal space for socialization and information exchange. Featuring rooms for individual study, research, classes, and academic-scientific meetings, all spaces offered to users are equipped with notebooks, projectors, and internet access.

The Library also provides postgraduate students with specialized training for accessing and utilizing the main scientific databases and information tools. In addition to these specific training sessions, the Library team teaches the course on Scientific Communication and Language, aiming to deepen knowledge in the scientific communication workflow, bibliographic research techniques, as well as the writing, publishing, and standardization of academic papers.
